1. Prepared the interview grid and led 18 conversations with mixed profiles (agents from the financial services , IT people, directors,...) in order to refine proto-personae (marketing) into reality based personae
2. Settled forms to refine needs and painpoints and gather quantitative results

Design thinking workshops:
1. Planned and designed 5 workshops (on-site, virtual & hybride types) to validate and consolidate the personae, their journeys, the vision of targeted service/product

Prototyping: supported and guided the technical teams into shaping their Tools & Content with a user centric viewpoint (Cloud offer ECLAIR, AI tools from the Famil.IA, Start Kit, Sandbox,...)

Turned the BaO concept into a concrete digital service (product + content + support team) aligning the stakeholders, end users, contributors around a product that match both the end-users expectation and the Directions strategic OKRs.
Converted the 43 participants ( interviews &workshops) into engaged early-adopters and prospective ambassadors.
